Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven calendar days after regular registration closes. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

🎟️ Player Credits
Credit requests must be submitted no later than seven calendar days after late registration closes. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Approved credits may be used for the same player or a sibling in a future season. Credits expire one year from the date issued and must be redeemed before that date.

🚫 Non-Qualifying Request
Refunds or credits will not be issued because of team, coach, friend, or division requests; practice or game schedules; personal conflicts; missed games or practices; dissatisfaction with a placement; or a decision to stop participating.

Injuries that occur after the season begins do not qualify for a refund or credit. An injury that occurs before the season may be reviewed under the applicable refund or credit deadline.

🤝 Why These Deadlines Matter
Registration fees support resources and preparations committed in advance of the season. Coaches and other volunteers generously donate their time, helping keep our program affordable. An injury or withdrawal does not reverse those costs. Refunds and credits are not available after their respective deadlines, including for injuries, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with a coach or team assignment, nonattendance, or withdrawal. Thank you for understanding the commitment behind each season.

⚽ Recreational Program & Placement 
Albion Juniors is a development program focused on playing, learning, and having fun. Teams are not formed through tryouts or competitive skill evaluations.

Teams begin to be built as registrations are received. Early Registration gives families and coaches the best opportunity to have a placement request considered, but no request is guaranteed.

All family and coach requests must be submitted through the official registration process during Early Registration. A coach’s invitation or approval does not reserve a player’s spot. Coaches must also register on time for a team to be built around them.

Once a team is full, we will not move a registered player to make room for someone who registered later, including a returning player. Requests received after Early Registration closes will not be considered.

Final placements are based on age division, available space, team balance, coach availability, and program needs. Requests to play in an older division or join a specific team, coach, or friend are never guaranteed.

🔒 Roster Commitment
Our deadlines allow Albion Juniors to finalize rosters, coaches, divisions, fields, uniforms, and other program resources based on confirmed registrations.

Once rosters are locked, these arrangements are final. We cannot continually rebuild teams for late requests, scheduling conflicts, or changes of plans. For this reason, these situations do not qualify for a refund or credit.

Each request is reviewed using the information provided. If a request is denied, it may only be reconsidered when new relevant information or requested documentation is provided.

📋 Registration Agreement 
By completing registration, the parent or guardian confirms that they reviewed and accepted the Terms and Conditions, including the applicable refund and credit request deadlines.

The season-specific terms that apply to your registration are included in the Albion Juniors receipt sent by email. Please review your receipt before submitting a request. If you cannot locate it, we will be happy to provide a copy.
